Private Parties can be scheduled any day of the week depending on studio and instructor availability.

 

To reserve the studio, a minimum 8 participants, maximum 12 participants required.  Groups larger than 12 are welcome to book Carol to come to their location.

 

Your group will be charged for "No Shows". 

 

A credit card is needed to reserve a studio date along with a signed Contract Agreement.  A deposit of $150 will be charged at the time of registration and will be applied to the group class fees. 

 

Materials must be pre-purchased for this event.  Therefore, we have a (7) day cancellation policy for group parties.   If notice is not given within (7) days, there will be a materials charge of $150. 

 

Personalized painting designs and projects can be created for your group!    An additional charge will be assessed  determined by complexity of the project and additional research and preparation of the instructor.

Initially, Carol will provide several suggestions at no additional charge to get your ideas rolling.   

 

We supply the canvas, paint, brushes, easels, materials and aprons.

 

Depending on the type of project, group members may be asked to bring a tool or two if needed.

 

You may bring beverages and snacks of choice along with plates, napkins and necessary cutlery. 

 

All classes begin at the scheduled time. Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow for check in, visiting, etc.  Late arrivals may miss important class instruction.
